The RC Booster from xotic Effects is a low gain, transparent boost/overdrive. From their original trilogy of boost pedals - the RC, AC Boost, and BB Preamp - the RC boost features +/- 15 dB active bass and treble controls. It is a great pedal to use to boost another overdrive pedal, or as an "always on" tone shaping tool.
