This model is the Wolfgang Standard, under his EVH brand operated by Fender. The Wolfgang Standard features a non-carved top, as opposed to tops featured on the USA and Special series Wolfgangs, which is a major contribution to affordability. The guitar does share similar key features to its higher line counterparts - Basswood body, Wolfgang profile Maple neck, and Floyd Rose bridge. Two direct mount EVH pickups deliver the iconic "Brown Sound" associated with Van Halen himself.
